RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return it for a full refund within 3 weeks of your purchase date. Just call or e-mail us with what you want to return, and we will issue you a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for return freight, and we recommend that the customer insure the items that are being shipped. All items returned must be in unused and returned in the original packaging with the tags attached. If an exchange is not wanted, or if an exchange is not possible, your original form of payment will be credited following a satisfactory inspection of the product.
SHIPPING POLICY: Some of our items are big and heavy and cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Small items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Rates are calculated off the shipper's published rates and we will contact you with shipping charges. A physical shipping address is required.
Large items are shipped using a "less than truck load" (LTL) carrier. The LTL carrier will require an address with a loading dock or forklift. If that is not available, it is possible to pick up your items at the carrier's local freight terminal.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING POLICY: If your product(s) were damaged during shipping, you must contact us immediately. Any shipping damage must be clearly noted with the carrier and / or on the freight bill for "less than truckload" (LTL) shipments.

WHOLESALE PRICING POLICY: Wholesale pricing is available to established retail businesses. Please provide your business documentation, a copy of good standing, retail license or re-seller certificate along with a brief description about your business.
WARRANTY, PRODUCT REGISTRATION: Unless your receipt shows the serial number of the product, you must provide warranty registration for each product within 30 days. Registration is a condition of warranty and failure to send date of purchase, name, address, and product serial numbers will void the warranty.
